"I was at your excellent centre yesterday for an off-road 'experience.' Despite the cold weather and snow which started on my drive home to Glasgow, I enjoyed this trip immensely. It was far better that I could ever have imagined. The staff gave a great welcome on arrival and very efficiently booked me in at reception with your very comfortable waiting area.
The cars I drove were superb and having recently bought an Evoque Dynamic I was amazed to find out not only what this car can actually do and how much fun you can have, but also the mechanics behind the off-road capabilities and the safety issues that need to be addressed when going off-road. This was all due to the superb teaching of Louis. I was really very impressed by this extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful young man. He really is a great credit to your organisation. He managed to go through an immense amount of material in a clear and enthusiastic way that really made you want to pay attention, learn and then try things out. I could not quite believe what I managed to do safely and effectively after his instruction. It was just so exciting and rewarding."

"We spent the afternoon of Monday 4 Feb with you at the Land Rover Experience at Dunkeld. We had a superb time and wanted to thank you all but especially to thank Louis.
We have recently purchased a LR Discovery 4 - just in time given how much snow we have had and that we moved in to a new house in the middle of the Aberdeenshire countryside, a kilometre up a steep'ish track. Clearly I was wrong when I told my wife that I was confident that my 11 year old VW Golf fitted with winter tyres would be 'fine'....
While I have done a lot of off road driving, I had no idea about the capabilities of the LR4 and I have barely driven it having picked it up in December and just handed the keys over to Zoe as I work abroad a lot. I have not even had a chance to read the manual fully.
What i wanted out of the day was to learn what the capabilities of the Land Rover were, learn how and when to use all the systems and for my wife to do as much challenging driving as possible as well as learning the vehicle and its capabilities.
We achieved all of that and couldn't have asked for a better place or person to teach us. The training area you have at Dunkeld is first class and showcases the capabilities of the vehicle perfectly. But even more impressive was the instruction. We spent the afternoon with Louis. Not only was he hugely professional, he was also very personable with an easy and relaxed, but very effective instructional manner which totally put Zoe at ease and contributed hugely to our enjoyment of the day. He was also more than happy to accomodate my Land Rover 'geek' questions. As someone who first car was an 88" Series 3 and having spent my life driving heavily modified Defender military vehicles I am ashamed to admit that I can be a week bit geeky.
I couldn't believe how Land Rover have distilled decades of off road driving knowledge on to a computer which instantly helps you become a competant off road driver. Both Zoe and I now fully understand how all the systems work and have so much confidence in our new car. I was doubly amazed at what the car could do on the standard / OE Wrangler HP All Weather tyres. While we will fit a pair of Pirelli Scorpian ATs when these shoes wear out, it is nice to know that the Wranglers work so well.
Please could we ask you to pass our grateful thanks on to Louis. He is an outstanding instructor and a huge asset to your operation. If i hadn't just bought a Land Rover, I would have after an afternoon with him."
